A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Benjamin Thomas Murphy of Jefferson on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated during the week ending May 26 as follows: Mary Cook of Hugo, OK, assault and interference with official acts; Richard Charles Burkhardt of Jefferson, harassment- third degree; and Sarah Dawn Schwery of Jefferson, public intoxication.
